    Healthy Treat: Clean Chocolate Mousse

    When I decided eating cleaner about a year ago, I knew I had to do something about my chocolate addiction. If you’re like me, then you know the feeling of just having to HAVE that one bite of chocolate after any meal. After my first ever juice fast, I switched to dark chocolate (at least 70%) and only had a bite or two at a time. It does the trick to satisfy my chocolate cravings but it does get old (and boring) really fast. Thank goodness for Pinterest and Paleo desserts! Here’s a recipe that has quickly become my favorite!
